Hosts
We are a group of four American friends who crossed paths in Copenhagen while navigating the expat lifestyle. Our shared love for hosting, bonding over good food and wine, and embracing creativity helps us break free from our daily routines. As moms, we value self-care, yet understand the challenges of finding time to relax and recharge. This led to the idea of organizing a retreat.
Italy, with its rich history and vibrant culture, was the perfect backdrop for our retreat. We carefully planned each detail to ensure our guests would experience a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Our days will be filled with yoga sessions overlooking the stunning Mediterranean Sea, cooking classes with local chefs to learn the secrets of Italian cuisine, and leisurely walks along the picturesque streets of the coastal town we were staying in.

The Masseria is an eco-friendly boutique retreat venue that offers seven roomy, air-conditioned en-suite rooms that have shared occupancy, with some featuring private outdoor relaxation areas.
The property also boasts a garden for unwinding, a sea-view terrace, complimentary Wi-Fi, an honesty bar, handcrafted eco-friendly toiletries, deckchairs, and sun umbrellas.
There is private outdoor parking is provided for your convenience as well as bicycles that guests can use at their convience.

FAQs
What meals are included?
Breakfast and Dinner are included by on-site Pugliese chefs who have crafted a custom menu filled with nourishing, local and in season produce. The meals are all vegetarian focused.
Will there be free time to explore?
There will be free time each day to explore and plenty opportunities to walk down to the private beach or take a 15 minute bicycle ride to the local town for lunch. There are also many areas around the properties to relax in the sun.
Where should I get lunch?
There are 2 different towns near by that can be accessed via a short bicycle ride or drive from the venue. We will also have a station so you can make a picnic lunch with you to take down to the beach too.
What are the rooms like?
We have a combination of both double and triple rooms, all with their own private bathrooms. Each room has the option of double and single beds, wardrobe and a desk. If you’re booking as a group we will do our best to have you all stay together for the ultimate sleepover.

All the activites are included in the price.
Is it refundable?
We have a 30 day refund period with 100% money back guarantee. After the 30 days, unfortuantely we reserve the right to refuse a full or partial refund depending on circumstances.
Are there payment plans available?
You have the option to either pay in full or to choose a payment plan that suits you.
What’s not included
Flights, transporation, and lunches are not included in the price. We are able to arrange transporation to/from the airport
Which airport should I fly to?
We recommend flying into either Bari or Brindisi. You can also fly into Rome for a scenic detour.
Do I need to rent a car?
A rental car is recommended especially if you want to go off-site for your own exploring. There will be bikes available to borrow to get to the closet town and beach.

Package Description: The retreat package includes all services and accommodations as described in our advertising materials, including but not limited to hotel stays, meals, and activities. Flights and transportation are not included in the price.
Prices: The prices of the retreat package offered do not include flights and transportation and are inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees. The hosts reserve the right to change the prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment: The customer must make full payment for the retreat within the terms agreed at the time of booking . The hosts accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers and paypal. The customer may choose to pay either the total price at the time of booking upfront or choose a payment plan with Afterpay or Klarna.
Cancellation and Refunds: According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the customer has the right to cancel the retreat within 14 days of booking without incurring any charges, which the hosts have extended to a 30-day refund period. If the customer cancels the retreat outside of the 30 day cooling-off period, the hosts may retain a portion or all of the payment made, depending on the timing of the cancellation. Our refund policy is subject to EU consumer protection laws and regulations, which require that the customer be refunded in a timely manner, using the same payment method as the customer used to make the original payment.
Changes and Modifications: The hosts reserve the right to make changes to the retreat if necessary, due to circumstances beyond its control, such as weather conditions, changes in government regulations, or other factors. If such changes significantly affect the nature of the package, the hosts will offer the customer the option to modify the booking or cancel the booking and receive a full refund in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Travel Documents: The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas, and for arranging and paying for their own flights and transportation.
Liability: The hosts are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred by the customer during the vacation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Anne Samples, Kaila Jensen, Emily Sharp, and Jennifer Chiles.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the European Union.
Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and the hosts and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the purchase of the retreat.
